The item must be in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return or refund.

Non-Delivery or Address Issues
If your item does not arrive at the address you specified or the courier is unable to locate the address, you must contact the courier directly. If the issue is not resolved in a timely manner, the reimbursement will be forfeited.
