How are your bags compared to the original?
Our goal is to be visually and physically indistinguishable in everyday use. We mirror materials, stitching density, logo spacing, panel proportions, and hardware tone/engraving. Weight and texture are matched within typical handmade tolerances.
Differences, if any, are subtle and usually require side-by-side inspection. We provide QC photos (video on request) so you can confirm alignment, edge paint, hardware finish, and measurements before dispatch.
What materials do you use and how is quality checked?
Coated canvas and genuine leather with microfiber/textile lining; metal hardware with stable finish. We check stitching, edge paint, proportions, and hardware tone during QC.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx. A tracking number and link are emailed upon dispatch.
Timing: Transit from dispatch is typically 9–12 business days. Including QC and processing, most orders arrive within 12–16 business days door-to-door.
Tax-free shipping: We ship tax-free worldwide — you will not have to pay customs duty; we take care of this via our logistics routes. Local handling can still affect timings.
How long is order processing time?
We keep the process smooth, transparent, and secure:
- Order confirmation & secure payment — You receive an email with your chosen payment method details.
- Quality Control (3–4 business days) — We inspect materials, stitching, hardware, proportions. You receive QC photos (video on request) and we dispatch only after your approval.
- Express shipping with tracking — After QC, we ship via DHL/FedEx. Transit from dispatch: 9–12 business days. Typical door-to-door is 12–16 business days.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. A tracking number is provided after dispatch and can be checked on the carrier’s website until delivery.
Is shipping tax-free? Will I pay customs duty?
We ship tax-free worldwide. You will not have to pay any customs duty — we take care of this via our logistics routes. Tracking is provided for visibility.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Defect-based returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery (unused, original condition). Contact support with photos and your order ID.
What comes in the package? Do you include a gift box?
A dust bag is included. A gift box can be provided on request, but it may increase the risk of customs inspections and shipping damage.
Do your items include serial numbers or brand microchips?
Yes — every bag includes either a serial number or an embedded chip used for our QC and inventory control. Note: these identifiers are not brand-issued and are not proof of brand authenticity.
How accurate is pattern alignment and embossing?
We check seam alignment, logo spacing, and edge paint in QC photos. Minor variation can exist due to materials and batch differences; you approve QC before dispatch.
Does the hardware tarnish? How do I maintain it?
Hardware uses stable finishes. Wipe with a soft dry cloth; avoid chemicals and saltwater. Micro-scratches are normal with wear.
Is the bag water resistant?
Light rain is usually fine; bags are not fully waterproof. Blot dry promptly and air at room temperature — do not use heat sources.
Is there a leather or factory smell?
Like any new item, natural material scent is normal and airs out within 24–72 hours. There are no harsh or toxic odors; we use high-quality materials and finishes.
Do you offer vegan or non-leather options?
Yes — several models use coated canvas or vegan leather. Filter by material or ask support for recommendations.
Can I request extra photos or measurements before shipping?
Yes. Besides standard QC photos, we can provide 2–3 additional angles or re-measurements on request.
Do you provide any rare or customized items?
Yes — we can manufacture and customize most bags (color, size, hardware, strap length, etc.). Custom builds typically add 5–10 days. Contact our support via WhatsApp for details and a quote.
What do grading terms like “AAA” mean?
“AAA” generally indicates mid-tier quality. Each bag can be produced in different grades. In practice, price reflects quality: materials used, build accuracy, hand stitching, premium hardware, and attention to detail.
How should I store and care for my bag long-term?
Keep in a dust bag with light stuffing, avoid heavy loads, rotate straps, and wipe surfaces with a soft dry cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners or direct heat.
Do you offer a warranty?
Manufacturing-defect support for 6 months. Wear & tear or accidental damage is not covered.
